The story of Zappos Workers will increase your profit

Zappos has really put a twist on the way corporations will do business in the future. They’ve completely restructured their company’s organizational hierarchy.

Rather than assigning employees with a hard and fast internal title, they practice “holacracy”. In a nutshell, Zappos has removed the stigma that is associated with defined positions such as “boss” or “assistant”. Instead, every employee is valued for their contribution to Zappos and is free to contribute in any area that they’re qualified.

These employees now feel empowered to speak up when they may have otherwise kept their brilliance under wraps for fear of overstepping their boundaries. The holacracy concept is even applied to the way Zappos interviews new employees.
