One in the midst of being an entrepreneur could easily get lost. Here are some questions that could perhaps lead you back to the correct path.
First, knowing yourself is the key. What qualities account for your greatest successes in life so far? What personal skills and abilities have got you to where you want to take? How did you apply those skills and abilities to start up a business? Begin with your own talent, education, interest and experience. Decide how to be successful under your own feet. What are the things that you do best?
If you already have a business, what are the greatest opportunities within your business right now? How would you improve them? To continue to develop and grow your business, ask yourself a few more simple questions:
- What is your mission? Why does your organization exist in the first place?
- What does your customer consider as value?
- What kind of results are your trying to accomplish?
- What is your plan?
