Just in time for Father’s day, Toyota Japan creates a heart warming ad told from the perspective from the dad and daughter.

The three minute video is told from the father’s point of view when the daughter is a newborn.

The video moves on to cover the life memories as he upgrades from a small hatchback to a minivan.  Eventually, the “Baby on board” sticker is on placed on the car for his grandchild.

The touch of creativity happens in the second half of the commercial is when the story is told from the daughter’s perspective from teen moments to the time she gets married.

Overall, a great commercial with product placement done in a classy humanistic way.
