“You must believe that the further up a company you go, the more stupid you become.” Said by Kevin Roberts, CEO of Saatchi&Saatchi. When you become the leader, you must try to let people below to make decisions instead of yourself; you should consider yourself a director of leadership when you become an entrepreneur.
Front- line workers are those people who come across customers and clients instead of entrepreneur. They probably have first-hand information of customer needs and particular skill sets in serving them. So entrepreneurs should stop trying to make all the decisions by themselves, employees under you will not have the chance to improve.
Every employee should become a leader. A leader can inspire others to be the best they can be. Company can be benefited from employees motivating each other. So entrepreneurs should consider giving power to employees and allow them to make decisions.
