Why Franchises Have Discovered Food Trucks

Food Truck

Over the years, food trucks have managed to shed the stale bean burrito, upset stomach connotation that’s been hovering over their industry. Even heavy hitters like TGI Friday’s have snatched a piece of the food truck industry. In fact, more and more franchises are getting on board each day.

They’ve discovered that, rather than carrying the burden of operating a brick and mortar restaurant, the food truck is a quick and inexpensive way to expand their brand’s market.

While they are considerably cheaper, food trucks aren’t free. You’re still going to need a promising investor or fair amount of capital to get through that first bit of red tape.
