Over the years, food trucks have managed to shed the stale bean burrito, upset stomach connotation that’s been hovering over their industry. Even heavy hitters like TGI Friday’s have snatched a piece of the food truck industry. In fact, more and more franchises are getting on board each day.
They’ve discovered that, rather than carrying the burden of operating a brick and mortar restaurant, the food truck is a quick and inexpensive way to expand their brand’s market.
