Failure is not to be scared, it ‘s to be treasured.

‘I am so good at failure, it’s like my specialty’, said Barbara Corcoran, the famous US businesswoman, investor, speaker, consultant, etc.

What discourages you? Failure? Bankruptcy? Every success story behind is a story of failure. In this video Barbara Corcoran shared how she once spent her company’s first profits on a disastrous marketing initiative. To people who are not resolute enough they might give up being an entrepreneur, but guess what did Barbara did? She turned that failure into success thanks to her exceptional qualities.

She also spoke of what makes a great marketing and sales person. Hard work and network are not enough. It is insecurity and the ability not to feel sorry for themselves that divides eminent and less eminent people.
