A big, bold, in your face mentality isn’t the only way to have success in sales. While confidence helps, there are other ways to lock in those sales, even if you aren’t an extrovert by nature.

The things that really matters is the ability to put on the mask. If you can give a convincing performance, then that’s what really matters. Your customers need to be confident in your ability. Even if you aren’t sharing that same confidence in yourself, no one should be able to tell.

There are plenty of professionals who put on a front. If you know the ins and outs of your business and can give your customer an awesome experience, they are going to come back for more. You can fake personality but numbers don’t lie. Don’t let your customers find out that your accounting methods are shot.
