Time management is not the ultimate answer to increase productivity. Instead, habit formation is the latest method suggest by behavior science expert James Clear. Everyone has 24 hours a day, but everyone is not having the same productivity in times of a day.
The secret is to know your habit and make use of the time that you are having highest productivity to accomplish your task instead of watching TV or playing computer games. For example, James suggests that he is writing during the morning of the day which he found he is most energetic and creative, he is more confident in finishing his essays in the morning instead of the afternoon.
No matter how you manage your time, if you are trying to do your tasks at times you have low productivity, it won’t make huge difference. Starting from now, try to make use of your day more wisely.
